If something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All bills, tags, and box materials must be included with the return.
Once the returned parcel is received and verified by our team, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Returns with used, damaged, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is accepted in case of:
- Wrong product received
- Size issue
- Manufacturing defect
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchange or store credit will be provided once the returned item passes quality inspection.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
